By accessing or using Ritmus Metrics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Ritmus Metrics is a DevOps performance analytics platform that calculates and displays DORA metrics for GitHub repositories. The Service integrates with GitHub via a GitHub App to collect deployment, pull request, and release data.

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using your GitHub account
• Have the authority to connect the repositories you select
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your GitHub account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code
• Collect user data without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service requires installation of the Ritmus Metrics GitHub App. By installing the App, you:

• Grant us permission to receive webhook events from your selected repositories
• Acknowledge that we will access repository metadata (not source code)
• Agree to comply with GitHub's Terms of Service
• Accept responsibility for repositories you connect

You may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App from your repositories.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users) remain the exclusive property of Ritmus Digital and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritmus Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your GitHub App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
